Within her role as a Computing Support Analyst, Kaila works with our GSE faculty and staff members to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. She originally hails from the Mississippi Delta and cut her teeth on IT work as a Systems Administrator for the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Not long after moving to the Bay Area, she worked for Dell Technologies as an IT Executive Support Analyst in Santa Clara. Kaila received her BBA in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University and her MBA in Human Resources from Delta State University. She has a handful of dedicated hobbies, including cross stitching, model building, trying new recipes, and keeping abreast of music from her favorite artists. When not indoors, she enjoys trying new restaurants and visiting the beach with her husband.
