Sessions

DLCP uses a 3-part structure to acquire expertise and learn to manage the complexity of technologies.

Hands-on Workshop

Each session includes a theoretical framework of the digital tools followed by hands-on workshops.

Application

This method engages and encourages the participants to plan how they can incorporate what they have learned in class, into their current work. The participants will have time to brainstorm and experiment with their ideas either in a small group setting and/or an individual setting.

Individual development

In addition to group work, each participant is expected to commit time to their individual development plan that includes: one-on-one coaching session, establishing goals, and participating in peer coaching. This component allows the participant to focus on "personal growth and development", which is a crucial part of this program.
