Bio:
He will handle the IT Service Desk and provide support for daily IT operations. This includes managing and fielding help desk tickets and provide technical assistance for the many gadgets and gizmos used across our school. Steven has worked for GSE in the past (2012-2014) as a temp and most recently as an IT Technician at a biotech company, so he brings a wealth of knowledge within the technical field.
